UBND tỉnh Bình Dương vừa có Quyết định số 2213/QĐ-UBND giao bổ sung kế hoạch đầu tư công trung hạn vốn ngân sách Trung ương (vốn trong nước) giai đoạn 2021 – 2025 là 4.266 tỷ đồng cho 2 dự án thành phần thuộc Dự án đầu tư xây dựng đường Vành đai 3 TP.HCM.
Cụ thể, giao bổ sung cho Dự án thành phần 5 – xây dựng đường Vành đai 3 (TP. HCM) đoạn qua tỉnh Bình Dương (bao gồm nút giao Tân Vạn và cầu Bình Gởi) là 1.266 tỷ đồng.
Dự án thứ hai được bổ sung vốn là Dự án thành phần 6 – bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư đường Vành đai 3 đoạn qua tỉnh Bình Dương được bổ sung thêm 3.000 tỷ đồng.

Theo báo cáo tiến độ của Ban Quản lý Dự án Đầu tư xây dựng công trình giao thông tỉnh Bình Dương, đường Vành đai 3 (TP.HCM) đoạn qua địa phận tỉnh Bình Dương hiện đang triển khai các bước giải phóng mặt bằng.
Theo kế hoạch đến tháng 3/2023 đấu thầu xong dự án, chậm nhất đến ngày 30/4/2023 khởi công dự án đường Vành đai 3 TP.HCM đoạn qua Bình Dương.
Đường Vành đai 3, TP.HCM đoạn đi qua tỉnh Bình Dương có chiều dài 26 km. Điểm đầu từ nút giao Tân Vạn đến cầu Bình Gởi để kết nối với huyện Củ Chi, TP.HCM. Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư 19.280 tỷ đồng, trong đó, chi phí bồi thường, hỗ trợ tái định cư 13.528 tỷ đồng. Thời gian thực hiện dự án từ năm 2022 – 2026.
Năm 2022, tổng kế hoạch vốn đầu tư công của Bình Dương đã giao là 8.909 tỷ đồng, phân bổ cho 316 dự án, tăng 130 tỷ đồng so với kế hoạch vốn được Thủ tướng Chính phủ giao đầu năm.
Tính đến ngày 15/8/2022, Bình Dương đã giải ngân vốn đầu tư công được hơn 3.022 tỷ đồng, đạt 33,9% kế hoạch năm 2022 do HĐND tỉnh giao.
Theo Quyết định số 2213/QĐ-UBND, tỉnh Bình Dương giao bổ sung kế hoạch đầu tư công trung hạn vốn ngân sách Trung ương giai đoạn 2021 – 2025 (vốn nước ngoài) 1.135 tỷ đồng cho Dự án cải thiện môi trường nước tỉnh Bình Dương.
