Phát biểu tại một hội thảo mới đây, ông Nguyễn Thanh Trúc, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Dương cho biết, theo định hướng đến năm 2021-2025, nơi đây sẽ tiếp tục xây dựng trở thành đô thị văn minh hiện đại, thành một trung tâm hàng đầu của cả nước và khu vực, trong đó chắc chắn có liên quan đến lĩnh vực bất động sản.

Theo ông Thiên, tỉnh Bình Dương cần tính đến việc xây dựng đô thị ngầm chứ không chỉ phát triển đô thị trên mặt đất, đồng thời tạo một không gian mở để đón các nhà đầu tư đến, nhất là các nhà đầu tư bất động sản đô thị, bất động sản công nghiệp.
