UBND tỉnh Bình Phước vừa có văn bản về việc điều chỉnh, bổ sung hai quyết định thu hồi đất năm 2020. Việc này để thực hiện hai dự án cụm công nghiệp Tân Tiến 1 và Tân Tiến 2.
Theo đó, tỉnh quyết định thu hồi hơn 114 ha đất của CTCP Cao su Đồng Phú. Đồng thời, cho CTCP Đầu tư – Bất động sản Thành Phương thuê đất thực hiện hai dự án cụm công nghiệp Tân Tiến 1 và Tân Tiến 2. Phần diện tích đất thu hồi gần 1 ha còn lại được giao về UBND huyện Đồng Phú quản lý.
Hai dự án cụm công nghiệp Tấn Tiến 1 và Tân Tiến 2 được UBND tỉnh Bình Phước thành lập vào ngày 23/7/2020. Hai dự án này đều nằm tại ấp Thái Dũng, xã Tân Tiến, huyện Đồng Phú, tỉnh Bình Phước.
