Là cực phát triển của tỉnh Bình Phước, Chơn Thành không ngừng đẩy mạnh thu hút đầu tư công nghiệp. Trong giai đoạn 2016-2021, tốc độ tăng trưởng bình quân của Chơn Thành đạt 18,9%, trong đó giá trị sản xuất công nghiệp – xây dựng đạt 73,2% (tăng 14,1% so với năm 2011).

Chơn Thành hiện có 6 khu công nghiệp (KCN) gồm: KCN Minh Hưng, KCN Minh Hưng III. KCN Chơn Thành I, KCN Chơn Thành II, KCN Becamex,… Nền công nghiệp phát triển đưa Chơn Thành trở thành thỏi nam châm thu hút lượng lớn dân cư trẻ từ các địa phương lân cận đổ về.

Thời gian gần đây, BĐS Chơn Thành được coi là thị trường sôi động tại khu vực kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam nhờ nhiều động lực tăng trưởng lớn. Giai đoạn 2018 – 2021, giá đất Chơn Thành tăng trưởng khoảng 150 – 200%, tuy nhiên, các chuyên gia đánh giá, so với các thị trường liền kề, BĐS Chơn Thành vẫn có giá mềm hơn và nhiều cơ hội đầu tư sinh lời cao.

Sáng ngày 13.8.2022, Chủ tịch Quốc hội vừa ký Nghị quyết số 570/NQ-UBTVQH 15 về việc thành lập thị xã Chơn Thành và các phường thuộc thị xã Chơn Thành, tỉnh Bình Phước. Theo đó, sau khi thành lập thị xã Chơn Thành sẽ có quy mô dân số khoảng 121.083 người, phường Minh Hưng đông dân nhất với hơn 41.806 người, độ tuổi lao động chiếm gần 60% dân số toàn thị xã.

Chơn Thành hứa hẹn sẽ trở thành vùng đất lành của hàng chục ngàn lao động trẻ, chuyên gia đến an cư lập nghiệp. Từ đó, nhu cầu về tiện ích trung tâm thương mại, dịch vụ nhằm phục vụ cuộc sống cư dân cũng phát triển theo. Vào tháng 2/2022, lễ khởi công xây dựng TTTM Chơn Thành – Bình Phước tại trung tâm Chơn Thành đã chính thức diễn ra. Đây là công trình ấn tượng góp phần phát triển đô thị, phát triển kinh tế – xã hội.

Cần 600.000 tỷ đồng khoác ‘áo mới’ cho tỉnh Bình Phước

TPO – Là tỉnh nông nghiệp, Bình Phước đang nỗ lực để trở thành một trong những địa phương phát triển công nghiệp vùng kinh tế phía Nam. Để thực hiện được mục tiêu đó, Bình Phước cần nguồn vốn khoảng hơn 600.000 tỷ đồng.

Ngày 25/11, thông tin từ UBND tỉnh Bình Phước cho biết, tỉnh này đã xây dựng dự thảo Quy hoạch tỉnh Bình Phước giai đoạn 2021-2030 tầm nhìn 2050. Bình Phước đưa ra các định hướng phát triển gồm có 3 ngành kinh tế quan trọng là công nghiệp, nông nghiệp và thương mại dịch vụ; 3 khâu đột phá (phát triển hạ tầng, nhân lực, cải cách thủ tục hành chính); 3 vùng động lực; 3 trục phát triển và 1 vành đai an sinh; 4 trung tâm đô thị; 6 nhiệm vụ trọng tâm.

Theo dự thảo quy hoạch, mục tiêu phấn đấu đến năm 2025 Bình Phước cơ bản trở thành tỉnh công nghiệp phát triển nhanh, bền vững, có quy mô kinh tế khá dựa trên xây dựng đồng bộ nền tảng hạ tầng “cứng và mềm”, phát triển các cụm ngành có tiềm năng tạo nhiều việc làm, có thu nhập và nguồn thu ngân sách.
