Hoàn tất các thẩm định liên quan dự án cầu Phước An
UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu vừa có công văn gửi UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai về việc triển khai thực hiện dự án cầu Phước An.
Theo công văn, để có thể khởi công dự án cầu Phước An vào quý III/2022, UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu đề nghị UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai thống nhất với tỉnh này việc thực hiện đầu tư xây dựng dự án cầu Phước An theo nội dung báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi dự án đã được Bộ Giao thông vận tải thẩm định bằng nguồn vốn Trung ương và nguồn vốn ngân sách tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu.
Bên cạnh đó, UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai xem xét, thành lập Ban chỉ đạo thực hiện dự án cầu Phước An. Nhằm để thuận tiện cho việc phối hợp; hỗ trợ tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu triển khai thực hiện dự án.
Về cầu Phước An, ngày 15/9, Thủ tướng đã có quyết định phân bổ vốn ngân sách Trung ương cho dự án. Báo cáo nghiên cứu tiền khả thi dự án cũng đã được Cục Quản lý Xây dựng và Chất lượng công trình giao thông – Bộ Giao thông vận tải thẩm định tại thông báo ngày 19/10.
Chi tiết về dự án cầu Phước An
Dự án cầu Phước An thuộc tuyến đường liên cảng Cái Mép –Thị Vải. Dự kiến đầu tư giai đoạn 2, cầu Phước An dài 3,26 km; từ km 18 + 100 đến km 21 + 360,94. Gồm cầu vượt sông Thị Vải và đường dẫn hai bên.
Điểm đầu tuyến nối với thành phần thứ 9 giai đoạn 1 của đường liên cảng Cái Mép –Thị Vải; thuộc huyện Tân Thành, tỉnh BR-VT. Điểm cuối tuyến giao với đường nối cảng công nghiệp Phước An; thuộc huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai. Mặt cắt ngang của đường dẫn vào cầu là 23,5m; mặt cắt ngang cầu là 26,4m. Cầu Phước An gồm 6 làn xe. Trong đó có 2 làn xe dành cho xe gắn máy, xe thô sơ.
Vận tốc thiết kế của đường là 70km/h; mặt đường cấp cao A; độ cao thông thuyền yêu cầu của cầu Phước An là 55m; chiều rộng thông thuyền cho hai luồng tàu là 239m. Nhịp chính cầu sử dụng dây văng, bê tông cốt thép dự ứng lực.

Chủ đầu tư là Ban quản lý dự án đường liên cảng Cái Mép –Thị Vải thuộc Sở Giao thông Vận tải tỉnh BR-VT. Là một dự án thành phần trong dự án đường liên cảng Cái Mép –Thị Vải, dự án cầu Phước An được phê duyệt đầu tư bằng nguồn vốn TPCP. Nhật Bản mong muốn cung cấp các thiết bị và hỗ trợ vốn cho việc thực hiện dự án. Qua đó gây ấn tượng tốt trong khu vực có nhiều quốc gia khác như Trung Quốc; Hàn Quốc; Thuỵ Sĩ đang đầu tư vào hạ tầng cảng và các nhà máy trong khu vực.

Vì vậy việc xây dựng cầu Phước An có ý nghĩa rất quan trọng. Đây là tuyến đường kết nối đường liên cảng Cái Mép – Thị Vải với đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam. Ngoài ra, còn kết nối với các đường cao tốc liên vùng phía Nam. Cụ thể là cao tốc Bến Lức – Long Thành, cao tốc TP HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây. Từ đây, mới có thể khai thác hết ưu thế nước sâu của cảng Cái Mép – Thị Vải. Song đó là phát triển dịch vụ logistics và các khu công nghiệp.
