Các trường hợp giảm giá đất nền, nhà phố trên thị trường thứ cấp trong tháng 8 bắt đầu phổ biến hơn so với tháng 6 và 7. Rơi vào nhóm các nhà đầu tư đứt gãy dòng tiền; mất khả năng thanh toán hoặc chịu áp lực tài chính quá lớn trong thời gian phong tỏa, giãn cách.
Nghiên cứu thị trường của DKRA chỉ ra tính thanh khoản của phân khúc đất nền giảm rõ rệt trong quý 2 và 3 năm 2021.
