Bộ Giao thông Vận tải (GTVT) vừa có quyết định phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư xây dựng dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh đoạn Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa với tổng kinh phí 2.293 tỉ đồng.
Nguồn vốn sẽ chia làm 2 giai đoạn
Dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh đoạn Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa có tổng chiều dài tuyến khoảng 72,75 km. Đoạn đường này không bao gồm cầu vượt và nút giao với Quốc lộ 22 đã được đầu tư. Điểm đầu của đường tại xã Trừ Văn Thố thuộc huyện Bàu Bàng, tỉnh Bình Dương; tiếp giáp với đoạn tuyến đã được đầu tư tại Quyết định 3950/QĐ-BGTVT của Bộ GTVT. Điểm cuối dự án giao với Quốc lộ N2, thuộc huyện Đức Hòa (Long An).
Dự án đặt mục tiêu chia sẻ lưu lượng với các trục dọc vùng Đông Nam Bộ ; từng bước hoàn chỉnh mạng lưới giao thông; đảm bảo an ninh quốc phòng vùng Đông Nam Bộ và Tây Nguyên.
Đường Hồ Chí Minh đoạn Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa có bề rộng nền đường 12,25m; bề rộng mặt đường 11,25m; lề đất 2 bên rộng 1m; giữ nguyên theo hướng tuyến hiện hữu đang thi công dở dang, đảm bảo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật theo cấp đường.
Sơ bộ tổng mức đầu tư là 2.293 tỉ đồng. Trong đó nguồn vốn ngân sách Nhà nước giai đoạn 2021 – 2025 là 2.178 tỉ đồng; nguồn vốn ngân sách nhà nước giai đoạn 2026 – 2030 khoảng 115 tỉ đồng. Dự án sẽ chuẩn bị đầu tư thực hiện dự án từ năm 2022, khởi công năm 2023 và hoàn thành năm 2025.
Hiện đã xong 73km nền đường
Bộ GTVT giao Ban quản lý dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh tận dụng tối đa các hạng mục đã thi công và không trùng lặp khối lượng; phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế (đặc biệt là cầu Thanh An); đảm bảo khả năng thoát nước. Đồng thời tính toán chi phí dự phòng; trượt giá trên cơ sở chỉ số giá xây dựng; tiến độ thực hiện dự án theo quy định… làm cơ sở xây dựng tổng mức đầu tư của công trình.
Dự án đầu tư xây dựng đường Hồ Chí Minh đoạn Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa chính thức triển khai thi công từ quý 4/2009 nhưng đến năm 2011 bị buộc phải dừng, giãn tiến độ theo Nghị quyết của Chính phủ. Dự án mới hoàn thiện 10/83 km và 73 km còn lại mới xong nền đường.
Dự án có mục tiêu là hoàn thành các hạng mục thi công dở dang, tránh lãng phí nguồn vốn Nhà nước đã đầu tư tại đoạn Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa.
