Tuyến đường 319 nối dài ở huyện Nhơn Trạch đã hoàn thành. Hiện đang chờ các thủ tục cuối cùng để kết nối với cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây.
Dự án đường 319 nối dài được khởi công năm 2017; do Công ty CP Đầu tư Phát triển Cường Thuận IDICO làm chủ đầu tư. Tuyến đường có điểm đầu tại ngã tư Bến Cam (huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai) và điểm cuối giao với cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây. Nút giao hình hoa thị là hạng mục quan trọng của dự án nối đường này với cao tốc.
Toàn tuyến dài 9,4km gồm tuyến chính dài gần 2,4km, rộng 16m và các nhánh rẽ dài hơn 7km, rộng 8m. Tổng kinh phí dự án gần 1.000 tỷ đồng.
Dự án có 4 cầu, trong đó hai cây nằm trên hai đường dẫn song song với cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây. Mỗi cây cầu có hai làn xe, hướng đi một chiều. Đường 319 nối dài đi qua xã Phước Thiền, huyện Nhơn Trạch. Sau khi đưa vào khai thác tuyến đường sẽ giúp kết nối cao tốc với các khu công nghiệp ở huyện Nhơn Trạch… Rút ngắn thời gian vận chuyển hàng hóa về TP. HCM và ngược lại.
Ngoài ra, trong tương lai, tuyến đường kết nối với cầu Phước An qua đường liên cảng Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu với cảng Cái Mép – Thị Vải; giảm tải cho quốc lộ 51, đặc biệt là nút giao ở thị trấn Long Thành.
Dự kiến khởi công xây dựng 2 dự án giao thông lớn ở Nhơn Trạch vào năm 2022
Mở rộng Tỉnh lộ 25B
Theo quy hoạch được duyệt, liên tỉnh lộ 25B mở rộng có lộ giới 60m; dài 3km (từ cảng Cát Lái ra Xa lộ Hà Nội) nằm trên địa bàn quận 2. Khi hoàn thành, công trình kết nối với đường vành đai phía đông; giải quyết tình trạng ùn tắc giao thông tại khu vực cảng Cát Lái.
Theo tính toán, Cát Lái là cảng biển quan trọng nhất của TP.HCM và khu vực, với lượng hàng container thông qua chiếm hơn 70% tổng số hàng container qua các cảng của Việt Nam. Chính vì vậy tỉnh đã quyết định mở rộng đường thêm 80m nhằm đảm bảo lưu lượng xe được di chuyển nhanh chóng
Đường 25C kết nối QL 51 và sân bay Long Thành
Cùng với đường cao tốc TP. HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây, đường tỉnh 25C được xác định là trục giao thông đường bộ thứ 2 kết nối cảng hàng không quốc tế (sân bay) Long Thành với TP. HCM.
Đường tỉnh 25C, vượt qua sông Đồng Nai, đi theo đường trục Bắc Nam, kết nối vào tuyến trên cao số 3, từ đó liên thông với toàn bộ hệ thống đường trên cao của TPHCM kết nối tới các khu vực quan trọng của TPHCM và sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất. Tuyến này ưu tiên chỉ kết nối riêng TPHCM với sân bay Long Thành.
Theo dự kiến, sân bay Long Thành giai đoạn 1 sẽ hoàn thành xây dựng vào năm 2025; với công suất 25 triệu hành khách và 1,2 triệu tấn hàng hóa mỗi năm. Để đáp ứng tiến độ hoàn thành và khai thác sân bay Long Thành giai đoạn 1, hiện nay, đường cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây cũng đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện các thủ tục đầu tư thực hiện mở rộng.
