Kinh tế hạ tầng phát triển – Đòn bẩy cho sức bật của bất động sản Bình Dương
Với định hướng lấy cơ sở hạ tầng làm lợi thế hấp dẫn nhà đầu tư, thời gian qua Bình Dương luôn chú trọng phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng, kinh tế xã hội toàn diện. Tháng 4.2022 vừa qua, dự án mở rộng và cải tạo quốc lộ 13 chính thức được khởi công. Công trình kéo dài từ cổng chào Vĩnh Phú đến điểm giao đường Lê Hồng Phong có quy mô 8 làn xe, lộ giới 64 m; tổng mức đầu tư 1.367 tỉ đồng và dự kiến hoàn thành trước năm 2023.
Dự án đầu tư cải tạo, mở rộng Quốc lộ 13 có ý nghĩa quan trọng và tạo ra “bộ khung kỹ thuật” để phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của tỉnh. Dự kiến đến năm 2025, tầm nhìn 2030 có đến 17 công trình trên quốc lộ này. Trong tương lai quốc lộ 12 sẽ trở thành đại lộ kinh tế – tài chính – dịch vụ sầm uất.
Phát huy thế mạnh về cơ sở hạ tầng, đặc biệt là nâng cấp, mở rộng Quốc lộ 13 sẽ gia tăng không gian phát triển kinh tế – xã hội, phục vụ tốt hơn cho các nhà đầu tư, tạo môi trường phát triển bền vững để xây dựng Bình Dương theo hướng đô thị thông minh, văn minh, hiện đại của Vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam.
Đầu tư nước ngoài vượt 43% kế hoạch năm.
Theo báo cáo của UBND tỉnh Bình Dương, trong 9 tháng năm 2022, tình hình kinh tế – xã hội của địa phương này tiếp tục khởi sắc và đạt nhiều kết quả tích cực, khá toàn diện trên các lĩnh vực.
Kinh tế Bình Dương phục hồi tích cực qua từng tháng, từng quý, cụ thể, tăng trưởng GRDP quý I tăng 5,3%, quý II tăng 8,35%, quý III tăng 8,27% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Tổng sản phẩm trên địa bàn (GRDP) ước tăng 7,36% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021 (cùng kỳ tăng 1,48%).
Tình hình đăng ký doanh nghiệp, thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài tiếp tục ghi nhận nhiều tín hiệu khởi sắc, cho thấy niềm tin của cộng đồng doanh nghiệp, nhà đầu tư vào tiến trình mở cửa, phục hồi kinh tế tăng lên; số doanh nghiệp thành lập mới, doanh nghiệp tái gia nhập thị trường, vốn đăng ký tăng 4,9% so với cùng kỳ; thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài vượt 43% kế hoạch năm.
Tính đến ngày 15/9/2022, vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt trên 2,6 tỷ USD, đạt 145% kế hoạch năm, tăng 74% so với cùng kỳ 2021, gồm 54 dự án mới, 14 dự án điều chỉnh tăng vốn, 134 dự án góp vốn.
Đầu tư trong nước kinh tế Bình Dương cũng khởi sắc
Đầu tư trong nước đã thu hút 66.468 tỷ đồng vốn đăng ký kinh doanh (tăng 5% so với cùng kỳ 2021), gồm 4.815 doanh nghiệp đăng ký mới (30.674 tỷ đồng) và 1.155 doanh nghiệp bổ sung tăng vốn (40.581 tỷ đồng).
Ông Nguyễn Thanh Toàn – Giám đốc Sở Công Thương đánh giá, mặc dù chịu ảnh hưởng của tình hình xung đột chính trị trên thế giới nhưng kinh tế – xã hội của tỉnh tiếp tục tăng trưởng ổn định; chuỗi cung ứng sản xuất vẫn đảm bảo, công nghiệp nội địa tăng, sức mua của người dân cao, thương mại dịch vụ ngày càng tăng. Với chủ trương dịch chuyển, mở rộng các khu, cụm công nghiệp về phía Bắc, dự kiến đến năm 2030 tỉnh sẽ phát triển thêm một số cụm công nghiệp.
Ông Toàn cho biết, các công trình, dự án liên tục phát triển, nhu cầu về điện cũng liên tục tăng, do đó trong công tác quy hoạch các công trình lưới điện cần sự phối hợp tạo điều kiện của các địa phương để sớm đưa các công trình vào sử dụng, đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển công nghiệp của tỉnh.
Theo đánh giá của UBND tỉnh Bình Dương, nếu tiếp tục giữ đà tăng trưởng như hiện nay thì dự kiến GRDP năm 2022 của tỉnh sẽ đạt kế hoạch đề ra (8-8,3%). UBND tỉnh sẽ tập trung chỉ đạo, có giải pháp cụ thể trong từng tháng của quý IV/2022, phấn đấu hoàn thành kết quả cao nhất đối với 34 chỉ tiêu.
