Có thể kể đến như do chính sách phòng, chống dịch; điều kiện nhập cảnh cách ly y tế của Việt Nam và các nước. Điều này đã dẫn đến nhiều hoạt động khảo sát, tìm hiểu cơ hội đầu tư tiếp tục bị trì hoãn.
Đồng thời, việc hỗ trợ trực tuyến cho hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh còn chậm trễ. Công tác chuyển đổi hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ hành chính công; xúc tiến đầu tư trên nền tảng số chưa theo kịp xu thế chung.
Cùng với đó, việc đáp ứng yêu cầu của nhà đầu tư chưa được giải quyết kịp thời, hiệu quả. Xúc tiến đầu tư còn thiếu sự chủ động; chưa có chuyển biến nhanh và mạnh mẽ để thích ứng với tình hình mới.
Chưa hết, công tác trao đổi, kết nối với cộng đồng doanh nghiệp giữa các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước tại địa phương còn hạn chế.

Cũng theo Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, có nhiều tín hiệu cho thấy sự lạc quan, tin tưởng về khả năng phục hồi phát triển kinh tế – xã hội mạnh mẽ của Việt Nam trong thời gian tới. Đồng thời, khẳng định Việt Nam vẫn sẽ là điểm đến đầu tư an toàn; hấp dẫn và tiềm năng đối với các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài.

– Doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản bày tỏ sự lạc quan vào khả năng kinh tế Việt Nam phục hồi sớm; 47% có kế hoạch mở rộng sản xuất kinh doanh tại Việt Nam.
– Doanh nghiệp Hàn Quốc đều có kế hoạch đầu tư mới tại Việt Nam. Trong đó, có 61,9% cam kết mở rộng đầu tư.
– Phần lớn doanh nghiệp Hoa Kỳ đánh giá cao nỗ lực của Chính phủ trong việc ứng phó với dịch bệnh; tin tưởng Việt Nam sẽ sớm khống chế dịch bệnh.
Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư lưu ý gì về chương trình xúc tiến đầu tư năm 2022?
Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư đề nghị tiếp tục đẩy mạnh cải thiện môi trường đầu tư kinh doanh thuận lợi, lành mạnh, công bằng; cải cách hành chính, nâng cao chỉ số PCI của địa phương; tăng cường liên kết giữa các Bộ ngành; giữa Bộ ngành với các địa phương trong thực hiện hoạt động xúc tiến đầu tư.
Chưa hết, các hoạt động xúc tiến đầu tư cần đảm bảo nguyên tắc tiết kiệm, hiệu quả và mang tính liên kết vùng; gắn kết với chương trình xúc tiến đầu tư quốc gia, các hoạt động xúc tiến đầu tư của các Bộ, ngành trung ương. Trong điều kiện ngân sách hạn chế, các địa phương cần tranh thủ các nguồn kinh phí xã hội hóa để thực hiện các hoạt động tuyên truyền, vận động xúc tiến đầu tư ở trong nước và nước ngoài.

Ghi nhận dọc hai bên tuyến metro số 1 (Bến Thành – Suối Tiên), nhiều khu đất trong diện quy hoạch của TP.HCM rộng từ hàng nghìn mét vuông đến hàng trăm héc ta. Đơn cử như Nhà máy Xi măng Hà Tiên cũ, Cảng Trường Thọ cũ; khu vực ga Thảo Điền, An Phú… (đều nằm tại TP. Sở Quy hoạch và Kiến trúc thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thông tin, trên địa bàn thành phố hiện có 34 khu vực được đề xuất lập đồ án thiết kế đô thị riêng, tỷ lệ 1/500. Trong đó, 9 đồ án đã được chấp thuận danh mục, ghi vốn và đang thực hiện; 10 đồ án đã được chấp thuận danh mục nhưng chưa được ghi vốn để triển khai thực hiện; 15 đồ án mới được UBND thành phố chấp thuận chủ trương.
