Ở chiều ngược lại, Hà Giang, Cao Bằng và Đắk Lắk là 3 tỉnh có điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT 2023 thấp nhất cả nước. Điểm trung bình của 3 tỉnh này lần lượt là 5,24 điểm; 5,76 điểm và 5,85 điểm.

Theo quy định của Bộ GD&ĐT, từ ngày 18-7 đến hết ngày 27-7, các đơn vị đăng ký dự thi thu nhận đơn phúc khảo, lập danh sách phúc khảo. Hội đồng thi tổ chức phúc khảo xong bài thi (nếu có) chậm nhất ngày 5-8. Sau đó, các Sở GD&ĐT xét công nhận tốt nghiệp THPT sau phúc khảo, hoàn thành chậm nhất ngày 12-8.
