Binhduong.gov.vn-Rạng sáng ngày 24-02, Tổ chức Cộng đồng thông minh thế giới ICF đã chính thức vinh danh 21 Cộng đồng đạt danh hiệu Smart 21 năm 2023. Bình Dương một lần nữa chính thức được ICF công nhận là Smart 21 năm 2023 cùng các thành phố của các quốc gia Canada, Brazil, Australia…
Đây là lần thứ 5 liên tiếp Bình Dương nằm trong TOP 21 Cộng đồng thông minh thế giới.
Theo đó, Bình Dương đã thực hiện Đề án Thành phố thông minh từ năm 2016 và luôn bám chặt theo khái niệm chuyển đổi kinh tế theo hướng đổi mới sáng tạo và số hóa. Được hỗ trợ và truyền cảm hứng từ Cộng đồng thông minh ICF của năm 2011 – Brainport Eindhoven (Hà Lan), Bình Dương đã bắt đầu một chặng đường phát triển kinh tế – xã hội đầy ấn tượng, ứng dụng triệt để chuyển đổi số và đổi mới sáng tạo trong những dự án cụ thể, nhằm xây dựng và phát triển Bình Dương ngày một “thông minh” hơn, tốt đẹp hơn và đáng sống hơn.
Một hệ sinh thái số và đổi mới sáng tạo đang được phát triển mạnh mẽ tại Bình Dương, như Trung tâm Điều hành thông minh, EIU Campus với Vườn ươm doanh nghiệp Becamex, Fablab, Trung tâm sản xuất tiên tiến; Trung tâm thương mại thế giới WTC…; mang lại cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn cho cộng đồng. Với những chiến lược đúng đắn và những bước phát triển kiên định, vững chắc, tỉnh Bình Dương sẽ triển khai thực hiện những giải pháp cụ thể với mục tiêu tiếp tục đạt được danh hiệu TOP 7 và tiến tới danh hiệu TOP 1 của tổ chức ICF năm nay.
Tổ chức ICF là diễn đàn gồm gần 200 đô thị thông minh thịnh vượng trên thế giới. ICF đã tiến hành nghiên cứu và đánh giá hàng trăm thành phố trên thế giới để lựa chọn ra TOP 21 (Smart 21) của năm 2023 có chiến lược phát triển thành phố thông minh dựa theo bộ 6 tiêu chí của ICF đưa ra bao gồm: Kết nối – Băng thông rộng; Lực lượng lao động; Đổi mới Sáng tạo; Bình đẳng tiếp cận kỹ thuật số; Ủng hộ khích lệ và Bền vững.
