Vừa qua, Phó Thủ tướng Lê Văn Thành vừa đồng ý giao tỉnh Bình Phước có thẩm quyền thực hiện cao tốc Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành.
Cao tốc Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành do Bình Phước thực hiện sẽ theo phương thức đối tác công tư
Theo Công văn số 658/TTg-CN ngày 22/7/2022, Phó Thủ tướng Lê Văn Thành đồng ý giao Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Bình Phước làm cơ quan có thẩm quyền thực hiện Dự án đầu tư xây dựng đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam phía Tây đoạn Gia Nghĩa (Đắk Nông) – Chơn Thành (Bình Phước) theo phương thức đối tác công tư.
Phó Thủ tướng yêu cầu Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Bình Phước chịu trách nhiệm chủ trì, phối hợp với Bộ Giao thông vận tải, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Đắk Nông và các cơ quan liên quan triển khai Dự án bảo đảm chất lượng, tiến độ, hiệu quả, đúng quy định pháp luật; không để xảy ra tiêu cực, thất thoát, lãng phí trong quá trình thực hiện.
Cao tốc Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành có mức đầu tư khoảng 23.000 tỷ đồng
Dự án đầu tư xây dựng đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam phía Tây đoạn Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành có tổng chiều dài khoảng 140km; đi qua địa phận tỉnh Đắk Nông (38km từ Gia Nghĩa đến ranh giới 2 tỉnh Đắk Nông – Bình Phước); tỉnh Bình Phước (102km từ ranh giới 2 tỉnh Đắk Nông – Bình Phước đến Chơn Thành); điểm đầu tại khu vực thành phố Gia Nghĩa tỉnh Đắk Nông, điểm cuối tại thị xã Chơn Thành tỉnh Bình Phước; kết nối với điểm đầu của cao tốc Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa (thuộc dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh); điểm cuối của cao tốc Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – Chơn Thành.
Tuyến đường này có quy mô quy hoạch 6 làn xe nhưng theo sơ bộ tính toán trường hợp phân kỳ đầu tư với quy mô 4 làn xe bề rộng 17m. Tương tự quy mô phân kỳ của Dự án đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam phía Đông giai đoạn 2017 – 2020, 2021 – 2025 và một số dự án đường cao tốc khác đang triển khai); vận tốc thiết kế 80 – 100 km/h; tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 23.000 tỷ đồng.
