Tỉnh Bình Phước đang ưu tiên mời gọi đầu tư 2 dự án lớn là dự án đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam (phía Tây đoạn Gia Nghĩa thuộc tỉnh Đắk Nông – Chơn Thành thuộc tỉnh Bình Phước) và dự án các khu công nghiệp Đông Nam Đồng Phú.
Ưu tiên đầu tư dự án đường cao tốc
Bình Phước là một tỉnh thuộc vùng Đông Nam bộ, nằm trong vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam, có đường biên giới dài 258,939 km và 15 xã biên giới của 3 huyện giáp với Campuchia, là cửa ngõ, là cầu nối của vùng Đông Nam bộ với Tây Nguyên và Campuchia.
Đây là địa phương có nguồn nhân lực dồi dào và được đánh giá tỉnh có dân số vàng, là nguồn lực quan trọng để phát triển kinh tế – xã hội trong toàn tỉnh. Đặc biệt tốc độ tăng trưởng (GDP): 6,9% và GRDP bình quân đầu người của Bình Phước vào năm 2020 là 69,3 triệu đồng/người/năm.
Theo lãnh đạo tỉnh Bình Phước, so với các vùng khác trên cả nước, Bình Phước được xem là một vùng đất trẻ nhưng thời gian qua nhờ vào kết cấu hạ tầng hiện đại và đồng bộ, môi trường đầu tư thông thoáng, chính sách ưu đãi đầu tư hấp dẫn cùng những cam kết giải quyết thủ tục đầu tư nhanh nhất, Bình Phước đang hội tụ nhiều điều kiện thuận lợi để các nhà đầu tư tin tưởng, đầu tư dự án sản xuất, kinh doanh.
Tính đến nay, tỉnh đã thu hút được 366 dự án nước ngoài, với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 3,4 tỷ USD, trong đó có 7 dự án của nhà đầu tư Nhật Bản với tổng vốn đầu tư 22,78 triệu USD.
Toàn tỉnh đã có 13 KCN với tổng diện tích hơn 6.000 ha, tỷ lệ lấp đầy đạt 53,5%, trong đó KCN Becamex – Bình Phước và KCN Minh Hưng – Sikico là 2 KCN mới, có diện tích khá lớn, hạ tầng đầu tư đồng bộ, hiện đại, giao thông đi lại thuận tiện, rất thích hợp cho các nhà đầu tư.
Giai đoạn 2021 – 2030, tỉnh Bình Phước đã lập hồ sơ mở rộng thêm 3 KCN với tổng diện tích 2.500 ha và đang quy hoạch mới một số KCN phía Nam Đồng Phú với tổng diện tích 6.800 ha. Tỉnh còn có Khu kinh tế cửa khẩu quốc tế Hoa Lư với diện tích 28.000 ha, sẵn sàng đáp ứng nhu cầu của các nhà đầu tư.
Giai đoạn này Bình Phước đang ưu tiên kêu gọi đầu tư dự án đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam, nằm phía Tây đoạn Gia Nghĩa thuộc tỉnh Đắc Nông – Chơn Thành thuộc tỉnh Bình Phước).
Dự án được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt quy hoạch mạng lưới đường bộ Việt Nam thời kỳ 2021 – 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2050 với chiều dài khoảng trên 130 km (đoạn qua Bình Phước dài khoảng 101 km) được xây dựng với quy mô 4 làn xe và 2 làn khẩn cấp; cấp hạng đường thiết kế cao tốc là 100km/h; đi qua các địa phương như TP.Gia Nghĩa, huyện Đắk R’lấp (Đắc Nông) và huyện Bù Đăng, huyện Đồng Phú, TP.Đồng Xoài, thị xã Chơn Thành (Bình Phước).
Tổng mức đầu tư dự án trên 30.000 tỷ đồng, diện tích đất dự kiến thu hồi khoảng 1.158 ha (trong đó tỉnh Đắc Nông khoảng 266 ha; tỉnh Bình Phước khoảng 892 ha).

Mục đích của dự án nhằm hình thành trục dọc kết nối vùng Tây Nguyên với vùng Đông Nam bộ, phát huy hiệu quả các dự án đã và đang đầu tư, đáp ứng nhu cầu vận tải; tạo dư địa, động lực phát triển không gian vùng với hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật, hạ tầng xã hội đồng bộ, hiện đại, kết nối các trung tâm kinh tế, cảng biển; nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh, tạo động lực liên kết, thúc đẩy hợp tác và phát triển vùng; góp phần bảo đảm quốc phòng, an ninh, xóa đói giảm nghèo; từng bước thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu, chiến lược phát triển kinh tế – xã hội theo Nghị quyết Đại hội XIII của Đảng.
Ngoài dự án giao thông kết nối liên vùng, Bình Phước cũng ưu tiên đầu tư vào dự án các khu công nghiệp Đông Nam Đồng Phú. Trong đó sẽ quy hoạch 8 khu công nghiệp (mỗi KCN có diện tích nhỏ hơn 500 ha).
Trong mỗi KCN có bố trí quỹ đất từ 15 – 20 ha cho mục đích xây dựng công trình dịch vụ, tiện ích công cộng phục vụ cho người lao động làm việc trong khu công nghiệp.
Đặc biệt mỗi KCN sẽ bố trí 1 nhà máy xử lý rác thải tập trung; 1 cảng ICD khoảng 39,5 ha; 1 nhà máy xử lý chất thải rắn; xây dựng nhà ở công nhân, nhà ở xã hội,… Tổng diện tích đất sử dụng cho dự án khoảng 4.200 ha nhưng chưa xác định tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến.
Theo lãnh đạo tỉnh Bình Phước, đối với các dự án này, nhà đầu tư sẽ được ưu đãi về thuế, tiền thuê đất,… “Bình Phước cam kết đồng hành với các nhà đầu tư, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi nhất cho hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh, thương mại của doanh nghiệp và luôn hoan nghênh, chào đón các nhà đầu tư đến với tỉnh”, bà Trần Tuệ Hiền – Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Phước khẳng định.
