Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Dương vừa có buổi tiếp và làm việc với ông Yeh Ming Yuh, Tổng giám đốc Công ty TNHH Polytex Far Eastern (Việt Nam).
Tại buổi làm việc, ông Yeh Ming Yuh cho biết Công ty TNHH Polytex Far Eastern Việt Nam đã đầu tư nhà máy trên diện tích 99ha. Tại khu công nghiệp Bàu Bàng vào năm 2015 để sản xuất xơ sợi tổng hợp, dệt nhuộm thành phẩm và may mặc; với số vốn đầu tư đăng ký giai đoạn I của dự án là 274 triệu USD.
Đến năm 2021, dự án sản xuất sợi tổng hợp của Công ty TNHH Polytex Far Eastern tăng vốn thêm 610 triệu USD. Nâng tổng vốn đầu tư của dự án này lên 1 tỷ 370 triệu USD.
Theo tiết lộ của lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp này trong quý III/2023. Công ty sẽ tiếp tục rót thêm khoảng hơn 250 triệu USD vào Bình Dương và trở thành dự án có tổn vốn đầu tư lớn nhất tại địa phương này.
Cụ thể, công ty sẽ đầu tư mở rộng dây chuyền sản xuất với các sản phẩm sợi siêu bền (ứng dụng trong việc sản xuất dây an toàn, túi khí, lớp bố trong lốp xe…). Đồng thời, công ty cũng sẽ xây dựng một nhà máy năng lượng điện mặt trời để cung cấp điện cho sản xuất.
Hoan nghênh kế hoạch đầu tư của công ty trong quý III/2023, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Dương Võ Văn Minh đề nghị các sở, ngành liên quan tích cực cùng phối hợp. Hỗ trợ để công ty triển khai dự án nhanh chóng, thuận lợi.
Lãnh đạo tỉnh Bình Dương khẳng định sẽ cùng đồng hành, hỗ trợ công ty giải quyết nhanh chóng những khó khăn, vướng mắc, thúc đẩy sản xuất hiệu quả hơn nữa trong thời gian tới.
