Bộ GTVT đã chốt lịch khởi công dự án thành phần 1A, đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch (giai đoạn 1), thuộc đường Vành đai 3 – TP.HCM vào ngày 24.9 tại xã Phú Thạnh, H.Nhơn Trạch (Đồng Nai).
Dự án 1A đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch Thi công có tiến độ 35 tháng
Vừa qua, Ban Quản lý dự án (BQLDA) Mỹ Thuận (Bộ GTVT) đã có cuộc họp với UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai về tiến độ thực hiện dự án thành phần 1A; đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch (giai đoạn 1), thuộc đường Vành đai 3 – TP.HCM.
Theo đó lễ khởi công dự án được lãnh đạo Bộ GTVT đồng ý theo đề xuất BQLDA, vào sáng ngày 24.9 tại điểm đầu dự án Km5+0000, điểm giao với đường Tôn Đức Thắng (TL25B), thuộc xã Phú Thạnh, H.Nhơn Trạch (Đồng Nai).
BAN QLDA Mỹ Thuận cho biết, dự án 1A có 2 gói thầu gồm: xây dựng cầu Nhơn Trạch và phần đường. Trong đó, gói thầu cầu Nhơn Trạch có thời gian thi công 35 tháng, gói thầu phần đường có thời gian thi công 30 tháng. Để đảm bảo tiến độ, đơn vị kiến nghị UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai đẩy nhanh bàn giao mặt bằng; đặc biệt là phần mặt bằng giáp sông Đồng Nai để thi công cầu Nhơn Trạch.
Đã bàn giao 2,8km mặt bằng
Hiện nay, toàn dự án đã bàn giao mặt bằng được đoạn tuyến dài 2,8km. Trong đó, TP.HCM bàn giao được 1,7/1,9 km đoạn tuyến đi qua địa bàn (đạt 91% tổng diện tích mặt bằng); Đồng Nai bàn giao được khoảng 1,1/ 6,3 km đoạn tuyến đi qua địa bàn.
Phát biểu tại buổi làm việc, Phó chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai Võ Tấn Đức cho biết, dự án 1A đi qua địa bàn xã Long Tân, Phú Thạnh (H.Nhơn Trạch). Để thực hiện dự án, Đồng Nai phải thu hồi diện tích đất hơn 49ha với tổng số hộ dân bị ảnh hưởng 468 hộ. Trong đó có 222 hộ phải bố trí tái định cư. Để đẩy nhanh tiến độ giải phóng mặt bằng, ông Đức yêu cầu Sở TNMT phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan tham mưu UBND tỉnh duyệt giá bồi thường theo quy định. Sau khi UBND tỉnh phê duyệt, UBND H.Nhơn Trạch khẩn trương lập, thẩm định, phê duyệt phương án bồi thường, hỗ trợ trong tháng 10.2022.
Dự án thành phần 1A, đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch (giai đoạn 1) dài hơn 8km, điểm đầu giao với đường tỉnh 25B thuộc địa phận H.Nhơn Trạch và điểm cuối giao với đường cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây thuộc TP.Thủ Đức (TP.HCM). Trong đó, đoạn đi qua địa bàn tỉnh có chiều dài 6,3km. Đây là đoạn đầu của tuyến đường Vành đai 3 – TP.HCM. Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư hơn 6.900 tỉ đồng gồm nguồn vốn vay ODA của Chính phủ Hàn Quốc thông qua Quỹ hợp tác phát triển kinh tế Hàn Quốc (EDCF) và vốn đối ứng của Chính phủ Việt Nam.
