Dù là một trong những khu vực chịu ảnh hưởng nặng nề của Đại dịch Covid-19, kinh tế Bình Dương vẫn đứng trong top đầu kinh tế cả nước. Với việc thu hút gần 2,5 tỷ USD vào kinh tế, bất động sản Bình Dương nghiễm nhiên hưởng lợi và tăng giá.
Kinh tế Bình Dương thu về 2,5 tỷ USD trong năm 2021
Dù chịu ảnh hưởng của dịch Covid-19, nhưng các chuyên gia kinh tế đều khẳng định nền kinh tế – xã hội của Bình Dương chắc chắn sẽ sớm phục hồi và phát triển mạnh hơn trong những năm tới.
Theo báo cáo từ Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư tỉnh Bình Dương, lũy kế đến hết năm 2021, Bình Dương đã thu hút được gần 2,5 tỷ USD. Tăng 127% so với cùng kỳ. Lũy kế đến nay, tỉnh có 4.019 dự án đầu tư từ 65 quốc gia vùng lãnh thổ; tổng vốn đăng ký hơn 37 tỷ USD; đứng thứ 2 cả nước về thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (sau TP. HCM). Trong đó, các nhà đầu tư ngoại đổ mạnh nguồn vốn vào các khu công nghiệp và phát triển dự án bất động sản…
Điển hình nhất có thể kể đến mới đây Tập đoàn Lego đã ký biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác với Khu Công nghiệp Việt Nam – Singapore (VSIP) để xây dựng nhà máy mới tại Bình Dương; tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 1 tỷ USD. Dự kiến dự án sẽ được triển khai vào nửa cuối năm 2022 ; đi vào hoạt động trong năm 2024; mang đến 4.000 cơ hội việc làm. Góp phần kích thích kinh tế Bình Dương phát triển vượt bậc.
Ông Gabor Fluit – Tổng Giám đốc De Heus châu Á chia sẻ: “Tôi đã lựa chọn Bình Dương như quê hương thứ hai bởi tỉnh đã có những cơ chế thu hút đầu tư; tạo môi trường thuận lợi cho nhà đầu tư từ rất sớm. Chúng tôi đã đầu tư ở nhiều lĩnh vực tại đây từ năm 2008 và đến giờ vẫn tin tưởng vào sự lựa chọn của mình”.
FDI thúc đẩy bất động sản Bình Dương phát triển
Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của dòng vốn đầu tư FDI vào Bình Dương đã thúc đẩy các nhà đầu tư dồn vào thị trường BĐS. Trong vòng chưa đầy 3 năm, tỉnh đã thu hút hàng loạt nhà đầu tư trong và ngoài nước rót vốn vào phát triển nhiều dự án bất động sản. Nhất là tại một số địa phương có tiềm năng lớn như Thuận An, Dĩ An, Bến Cát,…
Những khu vực này cũng đang xuất hiện nhiều công trình hạ tầng quy mô lớn và hiện đại. Nhằm bắt kịp tốc độ phát triển của những khu đô thị, khu dân cư mới. Và đây cũng chính là lý do lớn nhất giúp những khu vực này ghi dấu trên thị trường Bất động sản Bình Dương.
Theo đó, hiện nay Bình Dương đã quyết định chủ trương đầu tư; chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư mới 178 dự án với quy mô sử dụng đất 850 ha. Tương ứng phát triển thêm tổng diện tích khoảng 11,82 triệu m² sàn nhà ở. Con số này vượt 4,32 triệu m² sàn so với kế hoạch đặt ra. Riêng về dự án bất động sản là chung cư cao tầng, từ 2018 đến nay, đã phát triển mới 27 dự án; quy mô sử dụng đất 18,57 ha, tương ứng với 2,67 triệu m² sàn nhà ở. Có 33.304 căn hộ, chiếm trên 20% tổng diện tích nhà ở theo dự án.
