Vừa qua, UBND H.Long Thành (Đồng Nai) tổ chức bàn giao thêm gần 70 ha đất cho các đơn vị liên quan để phục vụ xây dựng giai đoạn 1 dự án sân bay Long Thành.

Như vậy, đến nay Đồng Nai đã bàn giao được 2.319/2.532 ha mặt bằng giai đoạn 1 (đạt hơn 91%). Tuy chưa bàn giao được toàn bộ 100% mặt bằng giai đoạn 1 như đã cam kết, nhưng vẫn cơ bản đáp ứng đủ mặt bằng thi công.
Trả lời PV Thanh Niên, ông Đỗ Tất Bình, Phó tổng giám đốc ACV cho biết: “Nói không vướng thì không đúng, nhưng không nhiều vì phần diện tích xây dựng các công trình chính đã có rồi. Chúng tôi biết giải phóng mặt bằng cũng gặp nhiều khó khăn nên phải chia sẻ với Đồng Nai”.
Vướng mắc sang nhượng đất giấy tay
Ông Lê Văn Tiếp, Chủ tịch UBND H.Long Thành, lý giải nguyên nhân trễ hẹn chủ yếu do vướng mắc ở các hộ sang nhượng đất giấy tay.
“Đây là các trường hợp cực kỳ khó, có khiếu nại, tranh chấp đất đai. Và cuối tháng 3 vừa qua, UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai mới có văn bản hướng dẫn. Hiện chúng tôi đang khẩn trương xử lý, dự kiến giải quyết dứt điểm trong tháng 6.2022”, ông Tiếp nói.
Dự án sân bay Long Thành có diện tích gần 5.000 ha, trong giai đoạn 1 chủ đầu tư cần 1.810 ha để thi công, ngoài ra cần thêm 722 ha để dự trữ đất dôi dư (tổng là 2.352 ha). Đối với phần mặt bằng còn lại, Chính phủ ra thời hạn phải hoàn thành trước ngày 30.6.2022. Theo ông Lê Văn Tiếp, hiện cơ bản đã hoàn thành hồ sơ, đang áp giá để chi trả bồi thường, hỗ trợ.
