Ngày 21-4, UBND tỉnh Long An tổ chức lễ khởi công xây dựng dự án đường Tỉnh 830E, hòa vào mạng lưới đường bộ quốc gia (đường Vành đai 4 TP HCM). Đến dự lễ có ông Trương Hòa Bình, nguyên Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, nguyên Phó Thủ tướng Thường trực Chính phủ.
Dư án đường Tỉnh 830E có chiều dài hơn 9,3km; điểm đầu tại nút giao cao tốc TP. HCM – Trung Lương (thuộc xã An Thạnh, huyện Bến Lức); điểm cuối tại nút giao với ĐT 830 (thuộc xã Long Định, huyện Cần Đước).
Theo ông Đặng Hoàng Tuấn, Giám đốc Sở GTVT tỉnh Long An, dự án có tổng mức đầu tư hơn 3.707 tỉ đồng; trong đó vốn đầu tư xây dựng 1.213 tỉ đồng; vốn GPMB 2.494 tỉ đồng. Dự án do Sở GTVT làm chủ đầu tư từ nguồn ngân sách tỉnh và các nguồn vốn huy động hợp pháp khác, dự kiến hoàn thành năm 2025.
Kết nối cụm công nghiệp
Giai đoạn 1 đầu tư 2 đường song hành. Mỗi đường gồm 2 làn xe hỗn hợp rộng 7m và 1 làn xe thô sơ rộng 2,5m; phần đường nối ra ĐT 830 có quy mô hoàn chỉnh 6 làn xe, nền đường rộng 30m.
Giai đoạn hoàn chỉnh thành đường cao tốc 8 làn xe, 2 làn dừng khẩn cấp; phần đường sông hành 4 làn xe hỗn hợp (mỗi bên 2 làn).
Ông Nguyễn Văn Được – UV TW Đảng, BTTU Long An – cho biết dự án ĐT 830E là dự án thứ 2 được khởi công xây dựng trong năm 2023 (sau dự án ĐT 823D – huyện Đức Hòa); đầu tư bằng nguồn vốn ngân sách tỉnh và các nguồn vốn huy động hợp pháp khác.
Công trình có ý nghĩa to lớn, sẽ hòa vào mạng lưới đường bộ quốc gia để kết nối các khu, cụm công nghiệp từ Đức Hòa, Bến Lức, Cần Đước, Cần Giuộc đến cảng Long An và cảng Hiệp Phước (TP HCM) thông qua tuyến ĐT 830 đã được đầu tư hoàn thành.
Qua đó, góp phần quan trọng trong việc giải tỏa ùn tắc giao thông qua nội ô thị trấn Bến Lức, tăng cường kết nối giao thông với mạng lưới đường bộ quốc gia và TP. HCM.
