Tháng đầu năm đất công nghiệp Bình Dương cho thuê hơn 11ha
Theo Cổng thông tin điện tử của Ban Quản lý các khu công nghiệp Bình Dương, chỉ trong tháng 1/2022, đơn vị này đã cấp giấy phép xây dựng cho 14 công trình. Các công trình này có tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng 122.005,43 m2. Tổng số vốn xây dựng là 499,6 tỷ đồng.
Đồng thời, tiến hành thông báo chấp thuận kết quả nghiệm thu công trình đủ điều kiện đưa vào sử dụng cho 5 công trình; tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng 29.132,66 m2; giá trị hợp đồng xây dựng là 125,99 tỷ đồng.
Ban Quản lý các khu công nghiệp Bình Dương đã thẩm định báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi đầu tư xây dựng 2 công trình với tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng 15.231,61 m2; tổng dự toán xây dựng 103,5 tỷ đồng. Bên cạnh đó, đơn vị này kiểm tra 2 công trình xây dựng không phép và lập hồ sơ chuyển Thanh tra xây dựng xử lý vi phạm.
Cũng trong tháng 1, Ban Quản lý các khu công nghiệp Bình Dương đã cho thuê 11,69ha đất công nghiệp.
Bình Dương thu hút đầu tư gần 30 tỷ đôla Mỹ
Về tình hình thu hút đầu tư, các KCN Bình Dương đã thu hút được 108 tỷ đồng nguồn đầu tư trong nước. Trong đó, cấp mới 4 dự án với tổng vốn đầu tư 108 tỷ đồng.
Đáng chú ý, chỉ trong tháng 1, các KCN đã thu hút được 119 triệu đôla Mỹ vốn đầu tư nước ngoài. Trong đó, cấp mới 5 dự án với tổng vốn đầu tư 59,3 triệu đôla Mỹ; điều chỉnh tăng vốn 19 dự án với tổng vốn tăng thêm 59,6 triệu đôla Mỹ. Trong tháng có 2 dự án có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài chấm dứt hoạt động với tổng vốn đầu tư 42.550.000 đô la Mỹ.
Như vậy, đến nay các KCN có 3.000 dự án còn hiệu lực. Bao gồm 2.333 dự án có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài với tổng vốn đầu tư đăng ký 25,89 tỷ đôla Mỹ; 667 dự án đầu tư trong nước với tổng vốn đầu tư đăng ký 78.513 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2021, Bình Dương đã thu hút đầu tư trong nước vào các KCN của tỉnh đạt 3.104 tỷ đồng; vượt gần 122% kế hoạch; thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 1,9 tỷ USD; tăng 53% so với năm 2020; vượt 59% kế hoạch.
Trong năm 2022, các KCN tỉnh Bình Dương đặt mục tiêu thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 1,2 – 1,3 tỷ USD; thu hút vốn đầu tư trong nước đạt 1.100 – 1.200 tỷ đồng; thu hút 100 – 120 dự án đi vào hoạt động; tổng doanh thu đạt 33 – 35 tỷ USD,…

Riêng về dự án bất động sản là chung cư cao tầng, từ 2018 đến nay, đã phát triển mới 27 dự án với quy mô sử dụng đất 18,57 ha; tương ứng với 2,67 triệu m² sàn nhà ở; tương đương 33.304 căn hộ (chiếm trên 20% tổng diện tích nhà ở theo dự án).
