Gấp rút hoàn thành việc giải phóng mặt bằng
Ngày 05/5, Ủy viên Trung ương Đảng, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh Long An Nguyễn Văn Được có cuộc khảo sát, làm việc về các công trình trọng điểm đầu tư trên địa bàn TP Tân An.
Thông tin tại buổi làm việc, đồng chí Lê Công Đỉnh, Bí thư Thành ủy, Chủ tịch HĐND TP Tân An cho biết: Với công trình trọng điểm của Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XI – hoàn thiện đường Vành đai TP Tân An có tổng số hộ bị ảnh hưởng 1.678 hộ.
Hiện, thành phố chi trả tiền bồi thường, hỗ trợ được 1.576 hộ, đạt 93,9%; hiện còn lại 102 hộ chưa chi trả tiền. Đối với phạm vi 33m mặt đường đã hoàn thành, bàn giao cho đơn vị thi công; riêng phạm vi 20m hai bên, hiện còn 37 trường hợp chưa đồng thuận chủ trương. Công trình này dự kiến thông xe toàn tuyến vào cuối năm 2023.
Ngoài ra, thành phố thực hiện giải phóng mặt bằng kết hợp đầu tư xây dựng 2 khu tái định cư đã đưa vào sử dụng (Khu tái định cư số 1 phường Khánh Hậu và Khu tái định cư An Vĩnh Ngãi – giai đoạn 1). Thành phố chủ động phối hợp triển khai Khu tái định cư Bình Tâm – giai đoạn 1.

Nâng TP Tân An lên đô thị loại I
Tại cuộc làm việc, lãnh đạo TP Tân An cũng thông tin một số nội dung liên quan đến các tiêu chí đô thị loại I trước năm 2030. Theo đó, TP Tân An tiến hành lập phương án rà soát xây dựng đạt tiêu chí đô thị loại I và xây dựng tiến độ thực hiện các đồ án, chương trình, đề án liên quan. Tuy nhiên, qua rà soát có 2 tiêu chí cứng bị điểm liệt không đủ tiêu chuẩn của đô thị loại I là quy mô dân số và mật độ dân số.
