81 dự án giao thông với tổng mức đầu tư hơn 20.000 tỷ đồng đang triển khai ở Bình Phước, riêng giao thông Chơn Thành sẽ được tập trung đầu tư với mục đích phát triển huyện làm đầu tàu phát triển cho tỉnh. Từ đó, các dự án bất động sản cũng được gia tăng thêm giá trị thặng dư.

Giai đoạn 2016 – 2020, mạng lưới giao thông ở Bình Phước đã có tổng cộng 6.900km đường. Trong năm 2021, các dự án giao thông tại Bình Phước chủ yếu là xây dựng, mở rộng, cải tạo các tuyến đường quốc lộ, đường tỉnh, đường kết nối với khu công nghiệp,… mạng lưới giao thông ở Bình Phước sẽ tập trung ở các huyện công nghiệp tiêu biểu như Chơn Thành. Hiện nay, toàn tỉnh đã nhựa hóa được khoảng 63,8% các tuyến đường giao thông.
Tập trung nguồn lực đầu tư để Chơn Thành làm đầu tàu phát triển cho tỉnh
Theo đó, để chuẩn bị hạ tầng lên thị xã, giao thông Chơn Thành có ý nghĩa quan trọng trong mạng lưới giao thông ở Bình Phước. Tỉnh tập trung các nguồn lực đầu tư hệ thống giao thông kết nối liên vùng cũng như nội ô. Xây dựng nhiều trục đường kết nối với các tỉnh lân cận. Cùng đó là những tuyến đường xuyên tâm kết nối các xã để hình thành các phường và cảng cạn với tổng đầu tư hơn 38.000 tỷ đồng.
Các dự án nằm trong kế hoạch phát triển giao thông Chơn Thành là:
– Đường phía Tây QL13 đoạn Chơn Thành – Hoa Lư với tổng mức đầu tư là 1.450 tỷ đồng.
– Cao tốc TP.HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành mức tổng đầu tư 36.000 tỷ đồng.
– Cao tốc Chơn Thành – Hoa Lư, nối tiếp cao tốc TP.HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành.
– Các tuyến đường trục xuyên tâm để hình thành các phường huyện Chơn Thành.
– Xây dựng đường Đồng Hưu – Bàu Hàm, huyện Chơn Thành (Kết nối các tuyến đường Minh Thành – Bàu Nàm).
– Nâng cấp, mở rộng đường trục chính vào cụm công nghiệp và khu công nghiệp công nghệ cao Nha Bích, huyện Chơn Thành.
– Xây dựng tuyến đường kết nối khu dân cư Đại Nam ra xã Minh Lập, huyện Chơn Thành.
– Xây dựng đường kết nối các khu công nghiệp khu vực huyện Chơn Thành.
