Chiều 03/8, Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính chủ trì Hội nghị trực tuyến đánh giá kết quả thực hiện Nghị quyết số 33/NQ-CP ngày 11 tháng 3 năm 2023 của Chính phủ và đề xuất các giải pháp tháo gỡ khó khăn, vướng mắc cho thị trường bất động sản. Đại diện các bộ ngành, doanh nghiệp và chuyên gia đã báo cáo, đề xuất nhiều vấn đề nhằm thúc đẩy thị trường bất động sản.

Phát biểu khai mạc Hội nghị, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính nêu rõ, thông điệp của Hội nghị là chung tay tháo gỡ khó khăn. Vướng mắc để thị trường bất động sản phát triển ổn định, an toàn, lành mạnh, bền vững.

Thứ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng Nguyễn Văn Sinh trình bày Báo cáo tóm tắt tình hình triển khai thực hiện Nghị quyết số 33/NQ-CP ngày 11/3/2023 của Chính phủ về một số giải pháp tháo gỡ và thúc đẩy thị trường bất động sản phát triển an toàn, lành mạnh, bền vững.

Phó Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam Đào Minh Tú báo cáo kết quả triển khai các giải pháp nhằm cung ứng vốn tín dụng cho nền kinh tế. Góp phần tháo gỡ thúc đẩy thị trường bất động sản; kết quả triển khai Chương trình tín dụng 120.000 tỷ đồng. Các khó khăn vướng mắc trong quá trình thực hiện và đề xuất một số giải pháp.

Về phía doanh nghiệp, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn địa ốc Nova (Novaland) Bùi Thành Nhơn gửi lời cảm ơn Chính phủ, Thủ tướng Chính phủ đã quan tâm, lắng nghe. Thấu hiểu và chỉ đạo quyết liệt để tháo gỡ khó khăn cho cộng đồng doanh nghiệp.

Chủ tịch CTCP đầu tư IMG Lê Tự Minh đã nêu quan điểm về vấn đề lãi suất, đánh thuế chống đầu cơ và vướng mắc của xử lý hành chính.

Tại Hội nghị, Chủ tịch Công ty cổ phần đầu tư bất động sản Toàn Cầu GP.Invest Nguyễn Quốc Hiệp chia sẻ về tác động tích cực của Nghị quyết 33 đến thị trường bất động sản.

Về phía các chuyên gia, Chủ tịch Hiệp Hội bất động sản TP. HCM Lê Hoàng Châu cho rằng. Trong Nghị quyết 33/NQ-CP có một điểm ấn tượng là tất cả các chủ thể có liên quan đề cao trách nhiệm chung tay tháo gỡ khó khăn trong thị trường bất động sản.

GS.TS Hoàng Văn Cường – đại biểu Quốc hội, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân cho rằng, sự chỉ đạo quyết liệt, có thời hạn. Giải quyết công việc cụ thể của Chính phủ, đặc biệt có những chính sách tháo gỡ như gói tín dụng 120 nghìn tỷ. Đề án 1 triệu nhà ở xã hội… và giải pháp rất kịp thời cho thị trường trái phiếu đang gặp khó khăn.
