(Dân trí) – Tập đoàn Lotte Nhật Bản vừa khánh thành Nhà máy Lotte Mỹ Phước tại thị xã Bến Cát, tỉnh Bình Dương. Tại đây, Lotte sẽ bắt đầu sản xuất bánh Choco Pie với nhãn hiệu Lotte Chocolat.
Dự án gần 22 triệu USD
Sáng 23/2, Tập đoàn Lotte Nhật Bản tổ chức khánh thành Nhà máy Lotte Mỹ Phước tại lô J1-CN, đường D1, khu công nghiệp Mỹ Phước, thị xã Bến Cát, tỉnh Bình Dương.
Nhà máy Lotte Mỹ Phước có diện tích 40.000m2, công suất thiết kế khoảng 7.000 tấn/năm, chuyên sản xuất các loại bánh, trong đó có bánh Bouchee và bánh Pie. Dự án có tổng vốn đầu tư gần 22 triệu USD.
Tại đây, Lotte sẽ bắt đầu sản xuất các loại bánh mềm mới với nhãn hiệu Lotte Chocolat, dự kiến sẽ ra mắt sản phẩm vào tháng 4.
“Choco Pie là nhãn hàng chủ lực của chúng tôi tại Nhật Bản. Nhãn hiệu hàng đầu trong danh mục kể từ khi ra mắt vào năm 1983 này sẽ kỷ niệm 40 năm ra mắt vào năm nay. Đồng thời, năm nay cũng là một năm đặc biệt kỷ niệm 50 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao Việt Nam – Nhật Bản. Với nhiều ý nghĩa khác nhau, cá nhân tôi cảm thấy đây chính là định mệnh sắp đặt khi chúng tôi có thể tổ chức lễ khai trương nhà máy vào ngày hôm nay”, ông Gocho Eiichi – Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn Lotte Nhật Bản – cho biết.
Ông Gocho Eiichi cho biết thêm, tháng 3/2022, Lotte đã nhận được bằng khen từ Cục Bảo vệ Người tiêu dùng Nhật Bản, ghi nhận những nỗ lực không ngừng của tập đoàn nhiều năm trong các hoạt động truyền thông xoay quanh nhãn hiệu chính, kẹo cao su Lotte Xylitol, nhằm nâng cao nhận thức về phòng ngừa sâu răng và tăng cường sức khỏe thông qua việc nhai kẹo cao su.
“Nối tiếp những nỗ lực của Lotte Nhật Bản, tại Việt Nam, chúng tôi cũng đang tích cực cống hiến cho xã hội bằng cách thúc đẩy các hoạt động nâng cao nhận thức thông qua sự hợp tác với Hội Răng Hàm Mặt Việt Nam. Hợp tác này đã đạt kết quả đánh giá là kẹo cao su hàng đầu tại thị trường Việt Nam tương tự như tại Nhật Bản”, ông Gocho Eiichi chia sẻ.

Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn Lotte Nhật Bản – ông Gocho Eiichi khẳng định: “Tập đoàn Lotte coi việc mở rộng kinh doanh toàn cầu là trọng tâm của chiến lược phát triển. Chúng tôi đánh giá Việt Nam là một đối tác đầu tư quan trọng tại khu vực Đông Nam Á”.
Ngoài nhà máy kẹo cao su hiện có, Lotte đang lên kế hoạch nhanh chóng mở rộng sự hiện diện tại Việt Nam với tư cách là nhà sản xuất bánh kẹo bằng cách tăng cường đầu tư vào nhà máy bánh ngọt đóng gói và tiếp tục cải thiện khả năng sinh lời của nhà máy mới này tại tỉnh Bình Dương.
“Tập đoàn Lotte sẽ kỷ niệm 80 năm thành lập vào 5 năm sau – năm 2028, nhưng chúng tôi sẽ phấn đấu trở thành một doanh nghiệp tiếp tục được yêu mến trong 100 năm, thậm chí 200 năm nữa. Hơn thế, chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục nỗ lực trở thành doanh nghiệp well-being gần gũi hơn với cuộc sống, tạo ra những giá trị mới và không ngừng đem lại những giá trị đó đến cho mọi người “, ông Gocho Eiichi chia sẻ thêm.
Ông Yamada Akihiro – Tổng giám đốc Công ty TNHH Lotte Việt Nam – cho rằng: “Có thể do ảnh hưởng của Covid-19 mà trong 2-3 năm gần đây, nhận thức của mọi người về sức khỏe, phòng chống lây nhiễm và bảo vệ môi trường như tiết kiệm năng lượng và phi carbon hóa đang được nâng cao”.
Trong bối cảnh đó, Lotte Việt Nam đang tích cực sử dụng hệ thống phát điện bằng năng lượng mặt trời, giảm thiểu nguyên liệu nhựa ngay tại nhà máy sản xuất kẹo cao su hoạt động tại Bình Dương từ 1998. Đồng thời, nỗ lực cung cấp dịch vụ và phát triển sản phẩm để khách hàng có thể an tâm sử dụng sản phẩm của Lotte.
Về hoạt động kinh doanh, theo ông Yamada Akihiro, Lotte đang thiết lập kênh phân phối truyền thống với trọng tâm là 5 chi nhánh trên toàn quốc, để khách hàng có thể mua sản phẩm bất kể họ đang ở đâu tại Việt Nam.
“Chúng tôi cũng đang giao dịch trực tiếp với hơn 100 khách hàng kênh phân phối hiện đại trên khắp cả nước bao gồm đại siêu thị, siêu thị và các cửa hàng tiện lợi. Hiện nay, chúng tôi đang trực tiếp sản xuất hoặc nhập khẩu, kinh doanh các mặt hàng như kẹo cao su Lotte Xylitol, bánh Toppo và bánh Koala’s March nhập từ Lotte Thái Lan, các loại kem như kem Coolish, thương hiệu toàn cầu kem Mochi Yukimi Daifuku nhập từ Nhật Bản”, ông Yamada Akihiro thông tin.
Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản tại TPHCM – ông Mizushima Kozo – cho rằng, trong bối cảnh khó khăn ngoài sức tưởng tượng mấy năm qua, việc đưa nhà máy Lotte mới tại tỉnh Bình Dương vào hoạt động là nỗ lực rất lớn.
