Ngoài ra, các tuyến đường này có vai trò hết sức quan trọng đối với quá trình phát triển kinh tế, xã hội, thu hút đầu tư, công nghiệp hóa, đô thị hóa, bảo đảm quốc phòng an ninh. Thị trường bất động sản Tân Uyên đã và đang cất cánh mạnh mẽ trên nền tảng các công trình tỷ đô này.

Tổng diện tích đất tự nhiên của Bến Cát 234,40 km², dân số khoảng 318.799 người (Năm 2020), mật độ dân số đạt 1.360 người/km².Đơn vị hành chính: Tính đến thời điểm năm 2022, Bến Cát là thị xã có 8 đơn vị hành chính, gồm 5 phường: Chánh Phú Hòa, Hòa Lợi, Mỹ Phước, Tân Định, Thới Hòa; 3 xã: An Điền, An Tây, Phú An, với 336.847 nhân khẩu; trong đó, thường trú 30.071 hộ với 115.042 nhân khẩu; tạm trú 221.805 nhân khẩu (năm 2020).
Kinh tế:
Tốc độ tăng trưởng kinh tế luôn ở mức cao, phần lớn các chỉ tiêu chủ yếu đều đạt và vượt mục tiêu của cả nhiệm kỳ. Thị xã Bến Cát đã hoàn thành chương trình xây dựng nông thôn mới và phát triển đô thị; cơ cấu kinh tế tiếp tục chuyển dịch đúng định hướng: Công nghiệp phát triển và tăng trưởng ổn định, dịch vụ ngày càng chiếm tỷ trọng cao trong cơ cấu kinh tế; nông nghiệp chuyển dịch theo hướng phát triển nông nghiệp đô thị và nông nghiệp ứng dụng công nghệ cao gắn với xây dựng nông thôn mới.
