HĐND tỉnh Bình Phước thông qua Nghị quyết bổ sung danh mục các dự án cần thu hồi đất trên địa bàn với tổng diện tích thu hồi hơn 4.500 ha phục vụ mục đích phát triển kinh tế – xã hội, quốc phòng an ninh. Cùng với đó nhiều dự án giao thông cũng được triển khai, tạo nên bước chạy đà phát triển hoàn hảo cho bất động sản Bình Phước.
Thu hồi thêm 4.500 ha đất ở những khu vực nào?
Trước đó, Hội đồng nhân dân (HĐND) tỉnh cũng đã ban hành nghị quyết thu hồi hơn 18.800 ha đất để thực hiện 615 dự án trên địa bàn.
Năm 2021, tỉnh Bình Phước bổ sung thêm danh mục 255 dự án cần thu hồi đất. Trong số đó, các dự án cần thu hồi diện tích đất lớn như: dự án nhà máy điện mặt trời Minh Tâm 1, 2, 3 tại huyện Hớn Quản với diện tích thu hồi 360 ha.
Thu hồi đất xây dựng bổ sung cụm công nghiệp Phước An, Tân Hưng, Minh Tâm, Thanh An – huyện Hớn Quản với diện tích 300 ha; dự án Sân bay quân sự tại huyện Phú Riềng với diện tích thu hồi 300 ha; xây dựng khu nông nghiệp công nghệ cao xã Thanh Phú – thị xã Bình Long với diện tích 200 ha.
Thu hồi đất nhằm phát triển toàn diện
Năm 2021 Bình Phước sẽ thu hồi 18.805 ha phục vụ mục đích quốc phòng, an ninh và phát triển kinh tế – xã hội trên địa bàn.Trong số đó, thành phố Đồng Xoài dẫn đầu với diện tích thu hồi 3.722 ha, tiếp đến là huyện Chơn Thành sẽ thu hồi 6.578 ha, huyện Lộc Ninh hơn 2.000 ha, huyện Hớn Quản 1.154 ha, thị xã Phước Long 481 ha, huyện Bù Đăng 441 ha.
Trong danh mục đất thu hồi phục vụ các dự án trên địa bàn năm 2021, có những dự án lên đến hàng ngàn ha. Điển hình như dự án đất thương mại dịch vụ dân cư Becamex với diện tích thu hồi 2.208 ha tại các xã Minh Thành, Thành Tâm, Nha Bích, thị trấn Chơn Thành, huyện Chơn Thành; khu công nghiệp và dân cư Becamex với diện tích đất thu hồi 2.425 ha tại các xã Minh Thành, thị trấn Chơn Thành, huyện Chơn Thành.
