Tiến độ Cao tốc TP.HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành: Cung cấp hồ sơ cho tỉnh Bình Dương

Vừa qua, ông Nguyễn Anh Minh, Giám đốc Sở GTVT tỉnh Bình Dương, cho biết Bộ Giao thông vận tải (GTVT) có văn bản về việc cung cấp toàn bộ hồ sơ, kết quả nghiên cứu và các tài liệu liên quan của Dự án cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành cho tỉnh Bình Dương.

 

 Bình Dương là cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền triển khai dự án

 

Theo đó, lãnh đạo Bộ GTVT giao Ban quản lý dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh chủ trì, phối hợp với Tổng Công ty Tư vấn thiết kế GTVT khẩn trương cung cấp toàn bộ hồ sơ, kết quả nghiên cứu và các tài liệu liên quan của dự án cho UBND tỉnh Bình Dương. Cùng với đó, phối hợp chặt chẽ với UBND tỉnh Bình Dương trong quá trình triển khai dự án.

 

Bộ GTVT cũng đề nghị UBND tỉnh Bình Dương chỉ đạo các đơn vị liên quan phối hợp với Ban Quản lý dự án đường Hồ Chí Minh tiếp nhận các hồ sơ, tài liệu, kết quả nghiên cứu của dự án.

 

Trước đó, tại thông báo số 96/TB-VPCP ngày 4-4-2022 của Văn phòng Chính phủ có nội dung Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính đồng ý giao UBND tỉnh Bình Dương là cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền triển khai dự án đường cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành theo hình thức PPP. Dự án nhằm tạo tuyến giao thông trọng điểm, huyết mạch; góp phần kết nối, thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế – xã hội các tỉnh Bình Dương với Bình Phước và với vùng Tây Nguyên.

Cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành có đầu tư giai đoạn 1 hơn 24.000 tỷ đồng

 

Cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành có tổng chiều dài 68,7km. Cao tốc này bao gồm hai đoạn tuyến. Tổng mức đầu tư Dự án giai đoạn 1 là 24.274 tỷ đồng (chưa tính lãi vay). Trong đó vốn Nhà nước tham gia 12.137 tỉ đồng, vốn nhà đầu tư tư nhân là 12.138 tỉ đồng.

 

Dự án cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Bình Phước có tổng chiều dài 68,7km, bao gồm hai giai đoạn thực hiện:

– Giai đoạn 1: đoạn nối cao tốc có điểm đầu tại nút giao Gò Dưa (vành đai 2 Tp. Hồ Chí Minh), điểm cuối tại nút giao An Phú (vành đai 3, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh), quy mô 10 làn xe, nền đường rộng 64m.

– Giai đoạn 2: đoạn cao tốc có điểm đầu tại nút giao An Phú, điểm cuối tại điểm giao quốc lộ 14 tại huyện Chơn Thành (Bình Phước), quy mô 4 làn xe, nền đường rộng 17m.

Cao tốc đoạn TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành là dự án thuộc quy hoạch chi tiết đường Hồ Chí Minh. Tuyến cũng nằm trong quy hoạch mạng lưới đường bộ cao tốc Việt Nam định hướng đến năm 2030.

 

Hướng đi của cao tốc sẽ như thế nào? 

 

Lộ trình của tuyến cao tốc sẽ đi dọc tỉnh lộ 43 (thuộc TP. Thủ Đức), sau đó rẽ phải theo các đường tỉnh 743B, 743A, 747B. Khi tới trước cầu Khánh Vân, tiếp tục chuyển hướng và đi men theo Suối Cái, cắt đường tỉnh 747A tại Cổng Xanh.

 

Sau đó, cao tốc sẽ đi song song với đường tỉnh 741 cho đến huyện Phú Giáo (Bình Dương). Kế tiếp tuyến sẽ hướng thẳng lên phía bắc (giáp phía đông Khu công nghiệp Becamex Bình Phước). Cuối cùng tuyến sẽ kết nối trực tiếp vào Quốc lộ 14.

 

Tuyến đường cao tốc TP.HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành được xem là dự án mang nhiều kỳ vọng lớn về sự thay đổi cho hai tỉnh Bình Dương, Bình Phước; cũng như tăng cường mạng lưới liên kết về kinh tế – xã hội, đáp ứng nhu cầu vận tải, góp phần đảm bảo an ninh quốc phòng trong khu vực. Đây cũng chính là bước đệm lớn cho thị trường nhà đất và các dự án bất động sản Bình Phước và Bình Dương.
