Nhằm tạo nên những kết nối giao thương thuận tiện, nhanh chóng giữa TP. HCM với các tỉnh lân cận trong vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam như: Long An, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Bình Phước, Tiền Giang… nhiều tuyến đường huyết mạch nối TP. Cao tốc Bến Lức – Long Thành – dự án đáng mong chờ của bất động sản Long An
Đang được đẩy nhanh tiến độ xây dựng, Cao tốc Bến Lức – Long Thành khi hoàn thành sẽ kết nối miền Tây Nam Bộ với Đông Nam Bộ. Cao tốc bắt đầu ở Long An và điểm kết thúc ở tỉnh Đồng Nai; giúp liên thông mạng lưới cao tốc, quốc lộ, hệ thống cảng biển và Cảng hàng không quốc tế Long Thành.
Toàn tuyến đường cao tốc Bến Lức – Long Thành có 6 nút giao cắt và lối thoát. Các điểm giao cắt giữa cao tốc với nhiều tuyền đường ở TP. HCM hiện nay vẫn còn nhiều đoạn bị đứt quãng, chưa thể đấu nối với nhau. Một số điểm giao cắt như: Quốc lộ 50, đường Nguyễn Văn Tạo, Hương lộ 1… Điểm đầu của cao tốc đi qua địa bàn huyện Bến Lức – Long An có chiều dài gần 5km, sẽ kết nối với cao tốc TP HCM – Trung Lương. Hiện tại, các nhánh đường dẫn vào cao tốc vẫn đang được thi công.
Dự án đường Vành đai 3
Dự án đường Vành đai 3 đi qua TP. HCM, Long An, Đồng Nai, Bình Dương có tổng chiều dài hơn 76 km. Khi tuyến Vành đai 3 hoàn thành sẽ giúp rút ngắn thời gian di chuyển giữa các tỉnh; tạo dòng lưu thông thông suốt hơn. Song song đó, dự án đường Vành đai 4 TP.HCM đi qua 5 tỉnh trong đó có Long An sau khi thông xe hứa hẹn sẽ tăng tính kết nối các tỉnh trong vùng và khu vực đồng bằng sông Cửu Long với khu vực miền Đông Nam Bộ.
Quốc lộ 50B tạo trục kết nối với đường vành đai 3
Quốc lộ 50B kết nối TP.HCM với các tỉnh Long An, Tiền Giang khi hoàn thành sẽ tạo trục kết nối giao thông với các tuyến Vành đai 3, Vành đai 4, góp phần tăng cường kết nối tới các cửa ngõ quốc tế bằng đường biển như: cảng Hiệp Phước, càng nước sâu Thị Vải – Cái Mép, cảng Long An và đường hàng không (sân bay quốc tế Long Thành). Song song đó, Long An cũng đang chủ động đầu tư xây dựng các tuyến đường tỉnh trọng điểm để tăng sự kết nối với TP.HCM cụ thể: ĐT 826E, ĐT 830E, ĐT 827E…
Không chỉ vượt mặt các khu vực khác khi hưởng trọn lợi thế từ hạ tầng giao thông, Long An còn đẩy mạnh phát triển đô thị vệ tinh tại những khu vực có vị trí chiến lược trong kết nối với TP.HCM như: Đức Hòa – Bến Lức – Cần Giuộc, đảm bảo sự phát triển đồng bộ, phù hợp với định hướng chung của khu vực.
Đáng chú ý, Cần Giuộc được dự báo có tốc độ đô thị hóa nhanh, đến năm 2023 sẽ đạt mức 90%, vừa vặn giải tỏa áp lực về đô thị hóa cho TP. Hồ Chí Minh cũng như kích hoạt làn sóng đầu tư bất động sản đổ về Cần Giuộc, Long An với sự xuất hiện của hàng loạt dự án tiềm năng.
