Mới đây, UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu và Đồng Nai đã họp bàn phương án đầu tư đường Vành đai 4 TP. HCM đi qua 2 địa phương này. Bên cạnh đó, Bình Dương cũng sẽ thi công tuyến đường vào ngày 2.9.2022

Dự án đường Vành đai 4 TP. HCM đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt quy hoạch chi tiết vào ngày 28.9.2011. Tổng chiều dài của tuyến đường này là 197,6 km và có quy mô là 8 làn xe. Hướng tuyến đi qua 5 tỉnh, TP, gồm: Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu (18,3km); Đồng Nai (45,45 km); Bình Dương (48,25 km); TP. HCM (20,5 km) và Long An (67,85 km). Điểm đầu từ Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu và điểm cuối là cảng Hiệp Phước (TP. HCM). Dự án được cập nhật điều chỉnh trong quy hoạch mạng lưới đường bộ thời kỳ 2021 – 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2050 đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt tại Quyết định số 1454 ngày 1.9.2021.
Ông Nguyễn Văn Thọ, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, cho biết đoạn tuyến đi qua địa bàn tỉnh và Đồng Nai là cung đường đầu tuyến; có tính liên kết chặt chẽ với nhau trong lưu thông vận tải đường bộ; thuộc khu vực kinh tế – xã hội Đông Nam bộ sầm uất; có cảng biển và sân bay cùng nhiều khu công nghiệp, khu đô thị mật độ cao. Tại cuộc họp, sau khi nghe các công ty tư vấn và ý kiến của các sở, ngành 2 địa phương, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu và Đồng Nai thống nhất cả hai địa phương này cùng lúc triển khai thi công đường Vành đai 4 TP. HCM, dự kiến hoàn thành trước năm 2025.

Theo Cổng thông tin điện tử tỉnh Bình Dương, vừa qua, UBND tỉnh đã có cuộc họp báo cáo tiến độ triển khai các công trình trọng điểm trên địa bàn tỉnh.
Cuộc họp đã thông qua các Quyết định thành lập 6 Tổ chỉ đạo triển khai thực hiện các dự án trọng điểm trên địa bàn tỉnh, gồm dự án BOT nâng cấp, mở rộng Quốc lộ 13; Dự án đường cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành; Dự án tạo cảnh quan, chống ùn tắc giao thông trên tuyến đường Mỹ Phước – Tân Vạn, ĐT.746, ĐT.747b, ĐT.743; Dự án đường Vành đai 3 TP. HCM; Dự án đường Vành đai 4 và Dự án nút giao Sóng Thần với đường Phạm Văn Đồng, TP. HCM.
Đối với đường Vành đai 4, khẩn trương hoàn thành các hồ sơ, thủ tục pháp lý liên quan, dự kiến đến ngày 2/9/2022 khởi công. Đối với cao tốc TP. HCM – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành, bắt tay hoàn chỉnh thủ tục pháp lý để triển khai giải phóng mặt bằng trong năm 2023.
Hiện Bình Dương đang tích cực phối hợp với TP. HCM triển khai tuyến Vành đai 3, Vành đai 4. Tại Kỳ họp giữa năm 2022, HĐND tỉnh sẽ thông qua Nghị quyết bố trí vốn cho tuyến đường Vành đai 3. Các địa phương chủ động tính toán khu vực phát triển đô thị, thương mại, dịch vụ để kêu gọi các nhà đầu tư phát triển khu vực dọc tuyến đường Vành đai 4.
