Theo ông Phạm Khắc Học, Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần H-Holding, tính từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay, thị trường bất động sản Bình Phước ghi nhận sự sôi động trở lại sau thời gian dãn cách vì Covid-19; đặc biệt là ở phân khúc đất nền đã được quy hoạch và cấp phép xây dựng. Các khu vực ghi nhận giá bán tăng mạnh điển hình như: Đồng Xoài, Chơn Thành, Đồng Phú…

Giá đất Bình Phước tăng trung bình 20%/năm

Ông Học cho biết, trong 3 năm qua, mức giá đất Bình Phước đã tăng mạnh. Mức giá này đạt trung bình trên dưới 20%/năm, tùy theo khu vực khác nhau. Còn tính từ đầu 2022 đến nay, giá đất nền có thổ cư Bình Phước tiếp tục tăng trở lại. Điển hình như ở Đồng Xoài, nếu trước đây dao động từ 7-8 triệu đồng/m2 thì bây giờ mức giá trung bình đã lên đến 15 triệu đồng/m2. Tại Chơn Thành, những năm 2018 – 2019, mức giá đất chỉ từ 2,5-3 triệu đồng/m2 thì nay tăng lên từ 5-6 triệu đồng/m2. Hay ở Đồng Phú, thời điểm trước đất có giá 4-5 triệu đồng/m2 thì nay không có giá dưới 10 triệu đồng/m2.

Đại diện một sàn giao dịch bất động sản cũng nhận định, Bình Phước là một trong những địa phương ghi nhận nhiều đợt sốt nhất trong vài năm qua. Điển hình như ngay sau khi có thông tin xây dựng cầu Mã Đà nối Đồng Nai và nâng cấp tuyển DT753, một số khu vực tại Bình Phước đã có giá bán tăng từ 2 đến 3 lần.
