Bình Dương gấp rút hoàn thiện các thủ tục mở rộng các khu công nghiệp Nam Tân Uyên, Rạch Bắp, Cây Trường với quy mô hàng nghìn hecta đất sạch để phục vụ các nhà máy đầu tư vốn FDI.
Bình Dương đã thu hút 39,6 tỷ USD vốn FDI
Theo Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh Bình Dương, tính đến tuần đầu tháng Tám, thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (FDI) trên địa bàn tỉnh đạt hơn 2,5 tỷ USD; tăng 74% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Đến nay, toàn tỉnh có 4.059 dự án đầu tư nước ngoài, tổng vốn 39,6 tỷ USD
Hiện hằng tuần, Bình Dương đều đón các đoàn xúc tiến đầu tư nước ngoài đến tìm hiểu môi trường đầu tư trực tiếp tại địa bàn sau khi dịch COVID-19 hoàn toàn được kiểm soát.
Đẩy mạnh giao đất công nghiệp
Nhằm đáp ứng các dự án có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài xúc tiến vào Bình Dương, Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh yêu cầu các ban, ngành đẩy nhanh hoàn thiện quy hoạch, xây dựng, phê duyệt đồ án chung xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/5000, 1/2000 Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam-Singapore III (giai đoạn 1); đồng thời tháo gỡ khó khăn trong việc giao đất của Khu công nghiệp VSIP 3 cho Tập đoàn Lego.
Cùng với đó, tỉnh gấp rút hoàn thiện các thủ tục mở rộng các khu công nghiệp Nam Tân Uyên, Rạch Bắp, Cây Trường với quy mô hàng nghìn hecta đất sạch để phục vụ các nhà máy đầu tư vốn FDI đang chuyển dịch vào thị trường Việt Nam.
Vừa qua, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Bình Dương Nguyễn Văn Lợi đã có buổi kiểm tra và làm việc với Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn Công nghệ Lego Việt Nam về dự án tỷ USD.
Bình Dương cam kết sẽ bàn giao mặt bằng đúng tiến độ để Tập đoàn Lego triển khai dự án. Cụ thể, theo kế hoạch đến ngày 31/8, VSIP3 bàn giao khoảng 24ha mặt bằng và đến 30/9 tiếp tục sẽ bàn giao 20ha còn lại cho Tập đoàn Lego xây nhà máy có vốn đầu tư 1 tỷ USD. Đây là dự án với số vốn đầu tư nước ngoài lớn nhất do một doanh nghiệp Đan Mạch thực hiện tại Việt Nam, dự kiến giải quyết việc làm cho hơn 4.000 lao động.
Bình Dương hướng đến công nghiệp 4.0
Chủ tịch Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh Bình Dương Võ Văn Minh cho biết tỉnh không ngừng đổi mới, cải cách môi trường đầu tư hấp dẫn, bám sát thực tiễn để thúc đẩy thu hút các dự án FDI trong thời gian qua và hướng tới những năm tiếp theo.
Tỉnh luôn kiên định ưu tiên thu hút đầu tư từ các nước phát triển; đối tác tiềm năng với những dự án công nghệ cao; bảo vệ môi trường, thông minh, tạo ra giá trị kinh tế gia tăng cao.
Cụ thể, định hướng phát triển của tỉnh theo hướng thông minh, áp dụng khoa học công nghệ vào sản xuất và phục vụ đời sống của nhân dân; trong đó, đáng chú ý Bình Dương vừa được Cộng đồng Thông minh thế giới năm 2022 công nhận là một trong 7 vùng thông minh của thế giới.
Bình Dương cũng là 1 trong 6 địa phương được vinh danh Top công nghiệp 4.0 Việt Nam do Liên hiệp các Hội khoa học kỹ thuật Việt Nam bình chọn.
Trong cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư, Bình Dương hoạch định chiến lược phát triển xanh, thông minh, bền vững và trở thành trung tâm động lực liên kết vùng Đông Nam Bộ.
