Phó thủ tướng Lê Văn Thành xác định tuyến đường bộ cao tốc Dầu Giây – Liên Khương có vai trò quan trọng đối với tỉnh Lâm Đồng và khu vực Tây Nguyên.
Cao tốc Dầu Giây – Liên Khương với tổng chiều dài 220km
Văn phòng Chính phủ vừa ban hành thông báo về kết luận của Phó thủ tướng Chính phủ Lê Văn Thành tại cuộc họp về rà soát tiến độ thực hiện các dự án đường bộ cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc (tỉnh Đồng Nai – Lâm Đồng); Bảo Lộc – Liên Khương theo phương thức đối tác công tư (PPP). Thêm đó là dự án nâng cấp, mở rộng đèo Prenn trên địa bàn tỉnh Lâm Đồng.
Sau khi nghe báo cáo của UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng, ý kiến các bộ ngành, cơ quan dự họp, Phó thủ tướng Lê Văn Thành xác định tuyến đường bộ cao tốc Dầu Giây – Liên Khương với tổng chiều dài 220km đã được xác định trong Quy hoạch mạng lưới đường bộ thời kỳ 2021-2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2050 được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt vào ngày 1-9-2021.
Đây là tuyến đường cao tốc có vai trò, ý nghĩa quan trọng trong việc phát triển kinh tế – xã hội, quốc phòng, an ninh đối với tỉnh Lâm Đồng và khu vực Tây Nguyên.
Vì vậy, việc sớm triển khai các dự án thành phần Dầu Giây – Tân Phú; Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc và Bảo Lộc – Liên Khương; Liên Khương- Prenn và toàn tuyến sẽ hình thành hệ thống giao thông kết nối khu vực Tây nguyên và vùng Đông Nam bộ.
Dự kiến khởi công vào quý II/2023
Theo đó, để bảo đảm tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và sớm triển khai đầu tư xây dựng các dự án thành phần của tuyến đường cao tốc Dầu Giây – Liên Khương, Phó thủ tướng yêu cầu Bộ GTVT, UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng với trách nhiệm là cơ quan có thẩm quyền phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ, ngành, địa phương và Hội đồng thẩm định liên ngành trong việc rà soát, giải trình, hoàn thiện hồ sơ Báo cáo nghiên cứu tiền khả thi các dự án theo quy định pháp luật, bảo đảm đủ điều kiện để Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư.
Sau khi dự án được phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư, Bộ GTVT và UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng tổ chức triển khai các thủ tục theo quy định pháp luật; phấn đấu khởi công đoạn Dầu Giây – Tân Phú và Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc trong quý II/2023 và hoàn thành các dự án trong năm 2026.
Hội đồng thẩm định liên ngành khẩn trương có báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ về dự án Đường bộ cao tốc Dầu Giây – Tân Phú (giai đoạn 1) theo hình thức PPP.
Bộ Nông nghiệp và phát triển Nông thôn chủ trì phối hợp với các bộ ngành khẩn trương trình Thủ tướng Chính phủ xem xét quyết định chủ trương chuyển đổi mục đích sử dụng rừng để triển khai dự án nâng cấp mở rộng đèo Prenn (TP Đà Lạt).
