Theo thông tin từ Hội nghị kêu gọi đầu tư vào lĩnh vực nhà ở xã hội tại Bình Phước vừa diễn ra sáng ngày 15/9, trong năm 2022, tỉnh Bình Phước thực hiện xúc tiến đầu tư nhà ở xã hội đối với 9 dự án.
Nhà ở xã hội tập trung ở “tam giác kinh tế” của Bình Phước
Trong đó có 6 dự án nhà ở xã hội cho công nhân, tập trung ở Đồng Xoài, Đồng Phú, Chơn Thành và 3 dự án nhà ở xã hội thuộc quỹ đất 20%.
Các dự án xây dựng nhà ở xã hội được quy hoạch ở những vị trí thuận lợi, gần khu công nghiệp, cụm công nghiệp, gần các trục đường giao thông của khu vực.
Chơn Thành xây dựng nhà ở xã hội có quy mô dân số đến 27.000 người
Xã Thành Tâm
Khu nhà ở xã hội xã Thành Tâm, huyện Chơn Thành có quy mô khoảng 1,52ha. Loại hình sản phẩm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12 tầng, diện tích căn hộ từ 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 700-1.000 căn hộ; quy mô dân số khoảng 2.500-3.000 người. Khu đất thực hiện dự án giáp với KCN Chơn Thành 2, thuận lợi về giao thông; xung quanh dự án đã có hệ thống điện, cấp nước sạch, thoát nước mưa, nước bẩn.

Loại hình sản phẩm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12 tầng, diện tích căn hộ từ 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 1.000-1.500 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 3.000-4.500 người. Khu đất thực hiện dự án giáp với KCN Chơn Thành 2, thuận lợi về giao thông, xung quanh dự án đã có hệ thống điện, cấp nước sạch, thoát nước mưa, nước bẩn.
Thiết chế công đoàn KCN huyện Chơn Thành có quy mô khoảng 1,0ha. Loại hình sản phẩm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12 tầng, diện tích căn hộ từ 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 1.176 căn hộ; quy mô dân số khoảng 3.880 người. Khu đất thuộc khu đất 36,5 ha do UBND huyện Chơn Thành quản lý, tiếp giáp khu đất đã xây dựng Trung tâm Văn hóa Thể thao Công đoàn, gần KCN Chơn Thành.
Xã Minh Hưng
Khu nhà ở xã hội Minh Hưng, xã Minh Hưng, huyện Chơn Thành có quy mô khoảng 21,45ha. Loại hình sản phầm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ loại 1 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 5-7 tầng, diện tích căn hộ 25 m2 sàn và 12 m2 gác lửng. Căn hộ loại 2 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12-15 tầng, diện tích căn hộ tư 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 3.500-5.000 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 11.500-15.000 người. Hiện trạng sử dụng đất: Trên đất có cao su do Công ty TNHH MTV cao su Bình Long quản lý. Khu đất thực hiện dự án giáp với KCN Chơn Thành. Nhà nước sẽ giải phóng mặt bằng, đầu tư hạ tầng thiết yếu đến chân dự án.
Xã Tiến Hưng
Khu nhà ở xã hội Tiến Hưng, xã Tiến Hưng, thành phố Đồng Xoài có quy mô khoảng 10ha. Loại hình sản phẩm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ loại 1 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 5-7 tầng, diện tích căn hộ 25 m2 sàn và 12 m2 gác lửng. Căn hộ loại 2 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12-15 tầng, diện tích căn hộ tư 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 2.000-2.500 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 6.000-7.000 người. Khu đất thực hiện dự án có vị trí gần KCN Bắc Đồng Phú, KCN Bắc Đồng Phú mở rộng, KCN Đồng Xoài 3. Nhà nước sẽ hỗ trợ đầu tư hạ tầng thiết yếu đến chân dự án.
Xã Tân Lập
Khu nhà ở xã hội Tân Lập, xã Tân Lập, huyện Đồng Phú có quy mô khoảng 17ha. Loại hình sản phẩm: Nhà liền kề số tầng 2-3 tầng, Căn hộ loại 1 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 5-7 tầng, diện tích căn hộ 25m2 sàn và 12m2 gác lửng. Căn hộ loại 2 là các tòa nhà cao tầng 12-15 tầng, diện tích căn hộ tư 30-70 m2. Số lượng căn hộ 3.500-4.500 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 10.500-13.000 người. Khu đất thực hiện dự án có vị trí gần KCN Nam Đồng Phú, KCN Nam Đồng Phú mở rộng, nhà nước sẽ hỗ trợ đầu tư hạ tầng thiết yếu đến chân dự án.
Nhà ở xã hội thuộc đồ án quy hoạch cũng được triển khai
Nhà ở xã hội thuộc đồ án quy hoạch Khu dân cư Minh Hưng III, xã Minh Hưng, huyện Chơn Thành có quy mô khoảng 2,01ha. Số lượng căn hộ: 400 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 1.200 người.
Nhà ở xã hội thuộc đồ án quy hoạch Khu dân cư Thanh Bình xã Thanh Bình, huyện Hớn Quản và phường Hưng Chiến, thị xã Bình Long có quy mô khoảng 3,28ha. Số lượng căn hộ: 400 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 1.200 người.
Nhà ở xã hội thuộc khu dân cư, xây dựng thiết chế văn hóa xã Thiện Hưng và thị trấn Thanh Bình, huyện Bù Đốp có quy mô khoảng 2,65ha. Số lượng căn hộ: 400 căn hộ, quy mô dân số khoảng 1.386 người.
Được biết trên địa bàn tỉnh hiện có 02 dự án nhà ở xã hội độc lập và 01 dự án nhà ở thương mại có xây dựng nhà ở xã hội đã và đang được đầu tư xây dựng với 847 căn nhà đã được xây dựng hoàn thành (dự án nhà ở xã hội Hưng Thịnh 260 căn, dự án nhà ở xã hội Phúc Thành 450 căn, nhà ở xã hội thuộc khu dân cư Đất Xanh 137 căn).
